I've been very very lucky to have seen the new legacy project, Judo Excellence and boy oh boy is it perfect. It is a one stop shop for all Judoka looking to improve their knowledge and technical ability. In my opinion we have lots of resources out there to improve our judo and coaching: books, websites, dvds, etc but I have yet to see one as comprehensive and structured as this. I cannot express enough........You need this!! Anyone working towards their next grade....it's in here. Hit a rut competitively, maybe looking at a technique differently will change that. Coach, looking for new drills and ideas...tick!. Thank you Neil Adams Mbe and Niki Adams for putting this together, it couldn't have been easy and shows true dedication, commitment and passion to improving the standard of judo technical excellence world wide.
