I've been very very lucky to have seen NAEF's new legacy project, Judo Excellence and boy oh boy is it perfect. It is a one stop shop for all judoka looking to improve their knowledge and technical ability. In my opinion we have lots of resources out there to improve our judo and coaching: books, websites, dvds, etc. But I have yet to see one as comprehensive and structured as this. I cannot express enough........You need this!! Anyone working towards their next grade....it's in here. Hit a rut competitively, maybe looking at a technique differently will change that. Coach! Looking for new drills and ideas?...tick!
