Orders to be submitted no less than 10 days before the event to ensure delivery. Orders submitted on a "rush" basis will be subject to further charges.

Tips for a great video clip:

1) Keep the editing to a minimum. If the changes are too short, the commentator does not have time to comment.

2) Try to get close ups of the technique. It gives more to comment on and more specific things.

3)  Try to include the scoreboard and/or the referee in your filming, so comments on the scores can   be given.

4) Please send clips in .wmv format

2) Email the file to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . If the file is too big, and the email is bounced, please email us and we will get it sorted.

3) You will recieve a confirmation email and PayPal invoice upon receipt of both the video and the order form.

6) Please make payment via the PayPal invoice you receive by email.

7) Upon receipt of cleared payment, you will be sent your new video to your youtube account for viewing and downloading your new video clip and if you have ordered a Special Occassion Package, it will then be dispatched.

Terms & Conditions:

*All clips sent into NAEF must be edited as purchaser would like them to be shown. NAEF is only responsible for the voice commentary.

* Please note that all audio on received clip will be replaced with new audio and therefore the original audio could be lost.

* Video clips are to be maximum 7 minutes in length and/or under 100 MB.

* These videos are for private use only and will not be used by NAEF in any capacity without the explicit permission of the client.
