Tips on How to make a Smashing Video clip, ready for analysis:

1) For fights - try to get close ups of gripping and footwork along with overall fight. If the score board and the referee is out of view make a verbal comment about the scoring.

2) For techniques - Use the whole-part-whole philosophy here. Demonstrate the whole technique from different angles, then break it down - film the gripping, then film the footwork, film head & shoulder movement and the film the whole technique again

3) Video clips must be under 7 minutes long.
